  3.   OVERVIEW
  4.   This program is copyright of Bernie Madigan, Sydney  Australia, but
  5.   may be freely distributed,  published on any media and  uploaded to
  6.   any web site without seeking permission, provided none of the files
  7.   are altered or deleted.

  9.   Although many software sites now prefer PAD submissions,  there are
  10.   still some that do not. Here is a handy tool to help  developers in
  11.   submitting their software to those sites. 
  12.  
  13.   Simply drag and drop your PAD file into the special folder then run
  14.   the program. Select the PAD you want then click the buttons to copy
  15.   the corresponding information to the clipboard for easy pasting  to
  16.   the submission form fields.

  18.   The GrabPad by BB interface consists of two tiny bars which display
  19.   'always-on-top' of your browser with minimum interference.  Double-
  20.   click the bars and they park at the left of the screen.  Left click
  21.   them to drag wherever you like.

  25.   I make dogkennels for a living, but I write software for relaxation
  26.   and applause... that is why it is free.

  28.   This is a FREE full working version with no Adware or Spyware which
  29.   requires just one Visual Basic 6 runtime library  (Msvbvm60.dll) to
  30.   already be on your system.

  33.   INSTALL/UNINSTALL INFORMATION
  34.   Installation is done by extracting the program files into a  folder
  35.   of your choice. There are no run-time libraries included in the zip
  36.   but the computer is automatically checked for their presence before
  37.   Start Menu shortcuts are made. A log of any shortcuts created is in
  38.   Instal.log in the program folder.

  40.   To uninstall the program,  just delete its folder and all the files
  41.   within it, and any shortcuts on the Start Menu or Desktop... or use
  42.   the uninstaller provided.
